PROVIDING SOME CLARITY ON INTERFACE

My name is Godis, InterFACE Director of Communications, and I am sorry to hear that you do not do not have a positive outlook on our company, and I think it may stem from your abrupt departure, which led you to not entirely understand our business model. I would be happy to address some of the concerns you have posted about InterFACE.
I will first start by saying that using derogatory or racist terms at InterFACE is absolutely NOT tolerated, and any employee that uses such terms will immediately be terminated. I apologize that you heard such remarks, and implore you to understand that anyone using that language is NOT a representation of the InterFACE culture. I myself am an
African-American female and have been with the company for almost 7 years, and have always been treated with respect and fairness, and have also excelled within the business during those years.
Next, InterFACE's creative team (make up and photographers) is its own department. There are no development directors that "double" as part of the creative team. We are also proud to employ amazingly talented make
up artists, stylists and photographers who have worked with celebrities and with high profile fashion and entertainment events. I am not exactlysure how you have come to the conclusion of condemning the credits of our creative staff.
InterFACE does not "prey" on anyone. Our FREE evaluation is just that, free. Clients can come to express their goals, and learn about our services, and are free to leave at anytime if our product is not something they wish to, (or cannot) pursue. We also have a firm cancellation policy for comments who sign up and then decide they would like not like to participate in our services. InterFACE is proud to be able to say that the vast majority, over 80% in fact, of our clients
receive a request from an industry professional agent or manager. Our clients have gone on to be signed to world renowned agencies, appear in high-budget films and television shows, and appear in major commercial print ads;
all of which our company keeps detailed documented reports of.
As someone of the entertainment industry as you mentioned, you should understand that when you are trying to break into the industry, just getting appointments to meet with talent agents and managers, working as an extra, or going on a closed go-see is an amazing opportunity. Although we market clients to top industry professionals, we do not
negate the fact that succeeding in the entertainment industry takes a level of commitment and perseverance from the talent, which is something we are transparent about. For instance, someone who has never taken an
acting class should not assume they would automatically land the lead role in a major film, what we provide is a platform to break into the industry and build aspiring talent's experience.
Also it is important to understand that there is no set "look" for entertainment, and there is a place in the industry for EVERYONE who wants to succeed. Just by watching television or flipping through a magazine its clear to see that models, actors, singers, and dancers come in all shapes, sizes, ages, and cultures. InterFACE is willing to work with those who are trying to break into the entertainment industry and are serious about their goals.
Also many of our development directors are talented individuals, such as Kevin, who has performed magic for celebrities and events. I can not speak on what you claim was said to you, as Kevin is no longer with the company and not able to defend himself. However I can say that InterFACE has an amazing group of development directors who are excited to help those looking to break into the entertainment industry achieve their goals.
Lastly, there is no such thing as photos of our clients "sitting in the back of a pile". I myself started at this company 6 years ago in the Promotions office, where our only task was to market our clients constantly to top industry professionals. You can plainly see there is more than "5 or 6 successful clients per year" as we display up to the minute company news and client requests on our website (www.interfacetalent.com) and social media pages (Facebook-www.Facebook.com/InterFACENetwork) (Twitter-www.twitter.com/interfacenetwk), which I urge you to visit and
review.
InterFACE is a growing company, and there are always new ways in which we are evolving and continuing to strive to offer better services for our clients. Our program works and I would love the opportunity to explain the framework of our company in more detail to you or anyone else who has any concerns about our business. Please contact me at any
time to discuss InterFACE further at: gwatts@interfacenetwork.com.
I look forward to hearing from you!
