I received a call from International Credit Recovery Inc, claiming that they were acting on behalf of a company called Progressive Business Publications. According to a Bobbie Philpot at ICR  I verbally approved the delivery of a 12 month subscription for a quality newsletter. If I did not want it after 3 deliveries I could cancel the subscription at no cost.

I never received an invoice or a single newsletter. I checked with my accounting department and no one has seen a news letter or received an invoice for said newsletter. Now ICR claims they can clean this up today 7/30/2012 for a credit card or bank check for $130 offer only good for today.
