I too was a victim of HR Privette. I ordered an entertainment center, sofa table, and two end tables. I sent $1259 to this guy and apparently, nobody is going to do anything about it.
I don't understand why the website is allowed to stay active, why doesn't the attorney general, FBI, or somebody do something about this guy? How many people are they going to let this happen to?
Just remember where your hard working dollars are going, to fraudulent dealers and gov't workers that don't give a damn, makes me want to start my own online furniture company. Sounds great doesn't it, people just send you money for nothing, and no consequences to pay.

Does anyone have ANY information on a Lawyer who would be willing to take action against Privette. We all want our money back and want this idiot in jail. It appears to me that the neither the NC Attorney General or FBI is going to do anthing.
In the meantime, this guy has $800,000 of our money and is probably living pretty good. What is the deterrent to breaking the law here, getting rich? Sounds terrible doesn't it?
Anyone with info on a class action suit, please post at this site as new so we can all see it.
