Two years ago I ordered one ot their owner's manuals. It was never received and they never credited my account with a refund. Talking to their "Customer Service" will drive you crazy. They appear to be Americans, but dumb as dirt.
Buyer beware: If you register for a conference and can't attend, you will be dinged for a $350 cancellation fee plus the balance will be held on account to be used against a future event. My impression is that this company is facing serious cash flow problems. Therefore I would not invest in any of their life memberships. Who knows how long IL will be around.
