The letter don't have my name on it, means it doesn't say that it is written personally for me. Only says ATTN:BENEFICIARY
On the left upper corner there is a couple of spanish words says loterias y Apuestas del Estado.
In the letter there are contact persons including names and phone numbers and a deadline date that HAS to be in contact with. At the bottom they put a signature on yop of a name called Jose.A. Mario "Vice Presidet"
The second and last page is for your personal information. A header says SANTA LUCIA SECURITY COMPANY S.A.

In this page they want your EVERYTHING.Your all personal informaiton+phone,adress(even the marital status)+the name of your bank+account number,routing number,banks adress ..all.
