On Aug. 18, 2011 I spoke with Ben Murphy from - IMS - International Marketing Solutions about advertising my website with Prepaid Legal Services at the time now Legal Shield. He told me a little bit about the advertising, I told him that I didn't won't it after he told me how much it was going to be. The price of the advertisement was going to be $3595.00 I told him I didn't have that kind of money for advertisement.

Then he told me he will knock a $1000.00 off for a Scholarship for a testimonial to tell the true how I profit from the advertisement of my website. I still told him I needed to talk with my husband first, so he said I will call back in 15 minutes he did, so I told him that I didn't think I wanted to do it because I didn't have that kind of money still.

So he said he would reduce it to $450.00 down payment and the remainder in 2 payments of $1027.00. I told him that I won't going to have that by 10-18-2011, so he said that I would make that much by that time. So a month pass so I decided to call to speak with Ben Murphy to see how everything was going. Every time I called he was always busy and he never returned my calls.

So, Monday October 10, 2011 I called again to speak with Ben Murphy and I still haven't spoke with him. The person from
human resources name Sicily Brizuela spoke with me and I asked her where do I go to check on my advertisement? She said go to my legal shield website, then I told her I gave you that. Where do I go to check on my advertisement? So she said I'll get back with you. Sicily called back on Tuesday Oct. 11, 2011, stating that I had an e-mail showing what they had done.

All I got was an e-mail with a bunch of websites that were just posted on October 10, 2011, but yet still they said they had been working on my advertisement since I gave them my $450.00 on Aug. 18, 2011. This is bad business when you are not doing what people are paying you for. I just want my $450.00 back because you are not advertising my business like I was told that I would have made enough to pay my remainder payments. This suppose to be an up standing business.

IMS lied I never did receive any of my money. Every since they wrote about it I haven't been able to contact them by phone, because they changed their numbers that I had.

On the question did I receive my money. NO!!! I was suppose to get my money on the 17th of this month which was Aug. I call them back the number that I had been disconnected. They are scamming people.

I'd like to know if Ms. M**** actually received her refund. IMS agreed to refund me $531.66 that I was to receive on or about 7/26/2012. Today is August 29th 2012 and I still haven't received the refund I was promised. Any attempts I've made to call IMS at 800-337-8330 have gone unanswered nor have I received any return calls even though I have left several messages. This company is a scam as far as I'm concerned. My name is Kirk **** and I want my refund sent.

On 8/18/2011 Ms. Martin Purchased advertising from IMS Which was a (6) month campaign. She was given a payment plan. She paid the initial partial payment of 450.00. IMS commenced with the advertising campaign and provided proof of the campaign to MS. Martin. Ms. Martin expressed dissatisfaction with the campaign and requested a refund for the 450.00 initially paid. On 10/19/2011 IMS responded to Ms. Martin's request and offered to resolve this matter by refunding 50% of the 450.00 because even though she was dissatisfied, IMS indeed ran the advertising campaign as agreed and incurred cost in doing so. On 10/19/2011 as you can see in her correspondence, Ms Martin rejected our offer. IMS has every intent of being fair and trying to resolve this matter amicably. IMS is still willing to offer a 50% refund. Ms. Martin acknowledges that IMS did run the advertising campaign. IMS does not believe that Ms. Martin's request of a full refund is fair or equatable. As of today, both parties agreed to the $225.00 refund and we explained to B. Martin that it will take a 30 day process for her to receive the refund. This matter has been resolved.
