I tried to return the product and they wont let me, though they lowered the price of all the shipments from over $100 to $68 (for 9 small, thin, poor 99 cent store quality books and a couple of cards mind you). When I went to BBB the company has a F rating with nearly 300 complaints from 2010 to jan 2013!!! Scam much? Totally not worth it, dont fall into the trap!
I am now in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB, and the IMP people are really not working with me at all. The IMP people are ridiculous, and they won't honor their advertised price of 10.95 per shipment. I can't believe Sesame Street would work with these people and put them in their official store.
