IMG has been shut down by the FTC. I just got word today but can't tell you more until I know that it's ok to talk about.
You may be able to find the court order yourself. It was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California on Jan. 25, 2005.
They are now in receivership and all the partner's corporate AND personal assets (including bank accounts) have been frozen.
There may be a chance for some recovery.
I too was taken by these crooks one year ago this month!
