The rep told me she can 'take an order' but cannot 'cancel an order'. I had my order # and cust ID but she can't look up order #'s at all in any way whatsoever. Order line? Bullshit! Scam artists. She can only take your $$$. Finally she gave me a tel # for Summer at 310-702-2696. She also emailed Summer but cannot CC to me.
I asked her to just send me a regular email stating I asked for a cancellation and that she sent a message to Summer. She caqn't do thyat either. Can't send an email!!BS I am not THAT dumb
I do not trust these crooks.; Every question I asked there was a long pause and a canned reply was obviously given. An order line that cannot cancel an order but can AND WILL take your money ? C'mon!! I'll post back IF I get CC credit back. The rep os a liar for sure but told me she was in Cali and Summer is too. She said she ''believed' the products ship from Cali.
I askeds why $10 shipping from Cali to Nevada (next state over with a common border)..her answer shipping -and- handling totals $10.
Decide for yourselves. I expect the 'buds' are bullshit too. Never tried them and never will.
