My son received a phone call and was told he could win all kinds of stuff along with getting all kinds of perks. He is a young guy and it sounded like a great idea. He gave them his debit card number over the phone. A few hours later he looked the company up on the internet and saw a lot of remarks in regards to what a rip off they were. He called and tried to cancel the order he made and whoever was on the line for customer service informed him that he is unable to cancel because he had a verbal agreement. My son then told me about it and when I call the very next day, Crystal in customer service informed me that he could not cancel because he had a verbal agreement and that his 3 day right of recission was past. My son called that very day to cancel and I called the next day to cancel that is not past the 3 day right of recission. Crystal needs to go back to kindergarden and learn how to count. After our conversation Crystal did finaly say the transaction has been canceled. Today as I look at my son's account there is yet another charge pending with this company. This business needs to go away fast!
