International Sweepstakes Lottery - Loteria Primitiva, Santa Lucia Seguros SA., Tony Marin, Mr. Ekhoe Osawe They informed me that I won a prize of 615,810 Euros, requested information to verify that I was who they intended to contact told me to not inform anyone and eventually requested that I send 650 Euros by Western Union because "Your award winning must be legalized and registered to the Spanish Local Government to enable our company to send your file to the bank for the transfer of your winnings."
