Internet Initiative 8 Stole money while I was nowhere near a computer to do anything Not Sure Internet

I had checked my bank account last month, and noticed that there was a 72 dollar charge. I asked the bank for the number and called. The woman I spoke with at internet initiative was rude.

I asked how they got my information, and got no answer. I then asked when this was posted, she said the 27th of December. I was with my boyfriend on that day, and no where near a computer till January 3rd. I asked if she could refund the money, and she said no I can't but I will give you the cancellation number.

I then asked her for her name again, and she hung up on me. After that I called the bank and let them know. I then had to fill out a statement for of what happened. A few days later I got a call from the bank telling me I can't get my money back because of all the information that was given.

The woman at my bank told me that a number and my address was entered. I asked for the number and she could not give it to me for some reason unknown. I tried to explain that I was not near a computer, but no one seems to want to hear the truth.

I feel as if my telling the truth is wrong in ways. I do not like the way I'm being treated. I have been truth full the whole time, but everyone wants to believe something else.

So please help me!
