Can anyone please tell me if they really are a licensee of Ebay as they claim?

That was one of their pitches to us. When they called and solicited us they told us that they are endorsed by Ebay and have a licensing agreement with them.

I have been trying to get an answer for almost a week now from eBay and so far, no luck. The furthest I have gotten is someone on eBay's live help telling me that they are not endorsed by eBay - but I am still trying to confirm this from eBay's Trust & Safety dept.

If indeed, they are not a licensee of eBay, they a have violated Federal registered trademark laws by displaying eBay's registered trademark on their web pages.

We thought we were buying into a package that was affiliated with Ebay.

They charge a lot of money for what you can learn for free on eBay. They claim that the software that comes with the package would cost "hundreds" of dollars a month on it's own. Not true! Much of the software is available for free on eBay or for a reasonable cost.

The coaching is a lot of BS. Coach just tells you what assignment to read next and that's about it.

We also asked for a written and signed contract. Never got one. They record your purchase agreement immediately after they have sold you on buying their package, and inform you of the 3 day right of recision, but you don't receive their materials and the training until after the 3 days have passed. So, you have no chance to change your mind.

This is definitely a rip off and they do it in a very clever way. It's tantamount to someone convincing you to pay $500 for a 5lb. sack of potatoes! Boy do we feel suckered!
A lot of fluff for a lot of money!
