Internet Marketing Center Refused To Return My Entire Refund! Coquitlam, British Columbia

I purchased a "bundled", or "packaged", computer software program from Internet marketing Center, and I tried to work with Alex in their technical support department
for over two weeks trying to get the Mailloop software in this package to work on my computer.  I tried everything possible, and it was taking so much of my time and energy to try to get this product properly configured.  I was communicating with Alex one day at the end of this time span(almost two weeks), and he asked me to go to a certain site so I could share my computer screen with him, which I did immediately, hoping that this final effort would finally bring some success to this lengthy endeavor.  I waited and waited for Alex to reply back to his request, waiting almost two full hours.  I had emailed Alex twice during this time that I was ready to share my screen, and still no response.  This waste of my time, after asking me to share my screen, was the final straw for me!  I emailed Alex again, and I told him that their service was lousy, and that I wanted a FULL REFUND.  I received a reply email from Alex stating they would give me a refund, and he was still defending their service as exceptional, which is definitely not my perception after waiting for almost two hours on that final day.  I received an email from Alex a few days later stating they had just processed my refund, but five days later I noticed that they had ONLY refunded $110 of the $227 I paid for this product.  I told Alex this was a "single" product(as a package, which is verified over and over online by multiple internet marketers), and they cannot legally pick and choose how much they want to refund out of a packaged product.  Alex refused, stating that the other three software programs that were included in this "package" were good products that I could use some time later.  I also told Alex that their "Mailloop" is also sold SEPERATELY on their site, and that was not what I purchased.  To me this is nothing less than thievery, and I want my additional $117 refunded.  I will NEVER do business with Internet Marketing Center again, nor will I ever recommend them to ANYONE!
