I've contacted Pimsleur at Simon and Schuster, who promised they have contacted Internet Order LLC and that it would stop. Not surprisingly, it didn't stop.
The problem is, they will NOT stop! They are the Internet equivalent of those marketing phonecalls that were finally stopped by the Do-Not-Call-List. Somebody needs to step on Internet Order LLC...
HARD! They also need to step on every corporation who uses their services.
Internet Order LLC's web site describes itself using the following self-congratulatory hype...
"the worlds leading direct response marketing enterprise and the worlds premier source of products designed to help everyday people reach their peak potential in achievement and fulfillment in life"
That is pure rubbish! It should read...
"the worlds leading SPAM distributor and a source of products designed to convince online suckers to part with their hard-earned money in the vain hope it will help them reach their peak potential in achievement and fulfillment in life"
