My only recourse was to spend the time and effort and place a dispute with my credit card company for both charges - which were immediately reversed and charged back to this scam. I am also posting reviews like this on multiple Ecommerce review and ratings sites as well as writing to the local, Philadelphia based, Better Business Bureau for their parent corporation "Internet Order LLC" where THERE ARE 272 COMPLAINTS on record as of this date. I have also written the FBI noting the above - as well are far more extensive data I have collected - and advising the FBI that this scam is using the good and proud name of the FBI to imply the FBI's endorsement and support of this scam.
ALWAYS do Google searches for reviews and ratings, and visit sites such as The RipOff Report - BEFORE giving hucksters like these people your credit card number; I wish I had done so before making that mistake.
