Internet Order llc stroll.com Bait and Switch advertising, collection agency threat, claim to have SSN Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

On May 30th I answered an advertisement for a trial Spanish course from Pimmsleur. I paid by CC. The trial arrived and was very poor quality. On return from Mexico there was an unsolicited parcel with more Spanish CD's., no invoice, return instructions. On October 19 I received a demand for $256 from the company because the credit card was declined. This was a threatening communication with the following points: threat that they had my SSN, threat to involve a collection agency, threat to damage my credit rating "lifestyle" and a demand for immediate payment. I have paid this by cheque, researching the company on the internet shows that many other people have been caught by this scam.

Please advertise this very widely that this company, the Stroll.com web site and anything relating to Pimmsleur courses are scams. Ideally this company should be shut down and the owners and operators prevented from running any other company.
