Internet Speedway Lets do a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against scammers stole $2000.00 from my bank account would not allow cancellation DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY Sebring Florida

I went to a lawyer about the class action idea(believe me no one wants to see this nest of criminals get whatever they have coming to them more than me)! The lawyer said it's really diffacult to find who owns the company(he did make an effort). His basis was, that it's really hard to sue somebody when you don't  know who is responsible for this scam. I guess he had a point there. He did however, say that if we could even find out where the money goes, it might help. If it's off shore ,then, whatayagonna do? Anyway this seems to be the biggest obstacle in getting to these crooks. Even if we could shut down their little scam for good I'd probably derive much satisfaction from that. As these people prey on the desperate,the poor,and folks that trust, but don't know any better, by telling them lies, and half truths.I don't know if there is a way for all the really upset people whom they have stolen from can discuss this amongst them selves to collectively formulate a type of plan but I sure wish there was.

As an ex-employee of the company that should be held responsible for what you have gone thru, I just want you to know..... Make them pay, go get your money, and don't stop till something is done about this.

I currently have a store set up through this company which I put a lot of time into, with very little reward. I fully trusted this company as a viable means of income. Now I'm in dept, and there all laughing somewhere. I agreed to the terms and conditions so as for that, I can only blame myself. However I did pay for advertising that I never saw. In the six months I've been with the company I sold three items. They are very good salesmen, and make it seem like your entering into a great opportunity. From what I see, no , it's not. Also they say the coach will be in touch with you and will work with you, it's in there best interest that you succeed, ha, I called my original coach when I sold my first item to ask him how to process the order, and he left a message that was less then enthusiastic. He made it seem as why am I bugging him. I won't call for anything now, I just go to online support. I really would like to know if collectively there is enough evidence to have a case against them. I tried things in the past, that failed, and swore I'd never do it again. That's what upsets me the most, that I let down my guard just to get burned, again. Thanks, Joseph.
