I have had my website with them for over 10 years. They auto charge my credit card every month. For the last week, I have been trying to get onto the "back side" to update products and have been having issues. I have tried to call them and the message is "your phone call cannot be completed as dialed." I tried the phone number on my credit card statement also and received the same message.
Upon searching the internet, I came across a Better Business Bureau Alert that they are no longer doing business. This is probably why my computer can't find their server and I can't get on my website. I paid for 1 year of my domain name with them. Do I still have the domain? I don't know ... I will have to do some checking.
I have protested my web-hosting charge and hopefully I will be able to "BLOCK" any future re-occuring charges from them. Or I probably will have to get a different credit card number I which really sucks when you have a number of payments linked to it.
