Internet Success Group/Bright Builders Bright Builders Re-Charged my debit card long after cancellation and refund demanded. Their unauthorized "dipping" caused checks to bounce. And, Braidon threatened that charges would continue, even though I cancelled within 3-day legal limit. Orem Utah

Bright Builders is a company that works with ISG (Internet Success Group) to help ebay sellers succeed. I signed up 11/30/07 and paid $530.00 using a debit card. The materials they offered were not visable to me until I paid the premium. Upon viewing their so called "training" package, I could easily tell this information was useless, and certainly not worth the money they charged. The 2nd business day later, I cancelled with ISG and demanded a refund. They obliged, and said they would take care of all the necessary cancellation procedures, including Bright Builders.

On 12/10/07, I received a call from Braidon with Bright Builders trying to coax me into signing up again. I told him I cancelled, he denied that there was any such cancellation, and threatened that it was binding, and that it would go to small claims if necessary. I told him that I cancelled within my 3-day legal limit, but he in return was rude, stating that if I couldn't afford the $530.00 to re-sign up that I couldn't afford a lawyer either to fight this. When I informed him that numerous Power Seller ebayers verified that their firm was a bunch of scammers, he accused ME of being a scammer!

I then checked my bank balance, and sure enough, Bright Builders charged my debit card the $530.00 again on 12/06/07 without my authorization. Since I was not expecting this, it nearly caused numerous outstanding checks to bounce. I contacted them immediately and demanded a refund, and email verification that my account was indeed cancelled.

I now am still waiting for my bank account to be refunded, and meanwhile I have to rely on my bank's check-bouncing insurance to avoid overdrafts.

Braidon could not be reached by phone, so I left a voicemail that if my account was attempted to be charged again, or if they tried to solicit business with me again, there would be charges filed for harrassment and fraud.

This company, and Braidon especially uses very high-pressure tactics to con people looking to expand their ebay business by giving useless information and packettes and charging thousands of dollars for information that can be obtained for free through ebay's discussion forums. And, Braidon's comments to me about not being able to afford a lawyer to try to instill fear and submission is absolutely intolerable and illegal.

Do NOT do business with these con artists!
