Steve told me it would be 5 to 7 days to get the website up and running. In good faith I waited until i could see that in fact there was a website. There was so I called in for the credit card service to find out there was the additional fee of $35 on top of the $9.95 fee. I then immediately canceled but was told because I failed to cancel within 3 days i would not be refunded. So because of the deceit on the part of itc I am now out $200. I will check with my credit card company to prevent them from continually billing me, as I have read that they do. It does not feel good to be a SUCKER!
