I called PayPal and they told me that they only help if the vendor does not send the product to you the buyer. Since they are "E-Tickets" you the buyer are not protected at all if the tickets are fake. PayPal can not refund any monies that have been paid to the vendor if you used a bank account. If you use a credit card then you are better protected as I also called my credit card company and verified my rights.
6 minutes after I filed a dispute with PayPal they (www.dnticket.com) sent me an email telling me that they have refunded my money. This is because I used a credit card and because I can dispute it from my credit card they are not able to get my money.
Do not purchase any tickets from this company using your PayPal account because if you do they have your money and PayPal can not do anything to get your money back because they (www.dnticket.com) have provided you the buyer their services by sending you an "E Ticket".
Do not purchase any tickets using PayPal because you are not as protected as you should be. These tickets they (www.dnticket.com) are selling are fake and because they can't get their money from my credit card they just stop trying
