Furthermore, we have only had one mechanic quit which came after he was questioned and found out he was under investigation for stealing and doing side jobs in our company vehicle after we not only paid him well but treated him with nothing but dignity, respect and fair. That person returned our truck to us in shambles (pictures included) with things missing, dented fender and damaged door from what he reffered to as the wind however failed to provide a damage report or some type of supporting documentation that proved the damage was not carelessness.
Regarding billing, taking payments and purchasing parts. Unfortunately sometime it is a process because our customers are kept in the loop and make all the decisions concerning their vehicles. We don't just throw their truck back together and slap them with a overpriced unexpected bill so if we were not moving fast enough, I don't know what to tell you. Here at Interstate, our customers come first!
I am however puzzled that one would complain of that when our technicians gets paid salary anyway and their total work hours for the week almost never amount to what the technician is actually being paid in hours.
Our company was founded less than two years ago with one truck and one employee. We are 100% asset owned and have grown to provide jobs and service to customers to more than half the country. Through countless hours of hard work and dedication we provide all that we can for our employees and our customers and we will continue to do so.
We wish this former employee well.
