Interstate National Dealer Services uses many tricks to avoid paying for repairs. They harass customers as well as the service centers or service places that do the work. They make fun of customers and use a variety of disgusting and dishonest techniques to "frustrate" the customer into not fighting for the repairs they paid for. The people that work there take pleasure in intimidating, frustrating, and exhausting customers. They play tricks with their phone system, put you on hold forever, give you wrong information, and setup processes for getting repairs that will take days and days to get even small repairs done. The customer service takes pleasure in intentionally giving the customers the "go around." They laugh and plan things out amongst themselves to steal time and energy from customers. They want customers to "give up" so they don't have to payout anything.
