Intex Recreational Intex Pools $800 spent ..... Customer service hangs up and or doesnt speak English long beach, California

Purchased an above ground Intex pool in excess of $800, after 3 days the groung fault male plug on the filter went bad, I removed it and carefully packed it with a description of the problem as well as proof of recent purchase and sent it priority to them. After 20 days they sent the exact same defective plug back to me just tossed into an unpadded envelope. It does not work, cannot be tested or reset and no current passes through it. I have been an electrician 35 years and am very familiar with this type product.
So, I called them 5 times today, 4 times they hung up on me when I began speaking about the problem, the last time I left my name and phone number carefully repeated twice....no return call.
It also seems that people there dont speak or understand English so they just hang up.
If you buy an Intex product you are foolish, if you have a problem with it youre on your own. Check the  net for other Intex complaints....I think you will get the message
