Intuit Inc GoPayment GoPayment took credit card transaction and then with held the fund Woodland California

GoPayment is a credit card merchants that I started to use after we installed QuickBooks. For two months everything was fine. Our company was putting through $60k in credit card transaction per month. On the third month Intuit GoPayments withheld $22k without giving any type of reason. When I would call they had no explanation but would say that its under review. After 10 calls I finally reached someone that told me I had two option.

First option they would hold my money for 90 days and then review it again. Second option was to reverse charges and hope I could get my customers to let me run the cards with another merchant. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in 30 years of business. Their customer service or lack of give the impression that they wished they didn't work there and you should take your business somewhere else. I would not recommend this company to anyone that is in business. Their policy is to take your money and hold it as long as they can.
