Complaint Review: Intuit Merchant Services
Intuit Merchant Services21215 Burbank Boulevard, Suite100 Woodland Hills, California United States of America
Intuit Merchant Services Innovative Merchant Solutions Intuit has STOLE MY MONEY!!!! They are charging me for credit card chargebcks that do not exist! Woodland Hills, California
My second carge back was placed by error of the cardholder. The cardholder tells me she is so sorry and all I have to do is call her cardholder and they will put the payment back through. So I do! A week later Intuit Merchant Services trys to withdraw the amount from my bank account. When I call Ituit they tell me that this chargeback was never cancelled. So call the cardholder and they provided me with proof from there bank and card issueing bank. The cardholder was charged and there is NO charge back. If there is NO charge back I sure want to know why Intuit Merchant Services is trying to STEEL my money.
If this wasn't bad enough it happens again! Same issue! NO charge back but Intuit trys to withdraw another amount from my bank account. Claiming there is a charge back. Not only do I have my Customers support but they were all so nice to provide me with solid evidence! Look out Intuit, I coming!!
What a SCAM!
