We operate a small Survival Preparedness company and recently added a physical store to go along with our website. We needed a POS so I got Quickbooks POS a month ago and figured I'd just use Intuit for the credit card processing since it easily syncs with QB. After we made our first few sales we got an e-mail from the company who sold us the POS saying that Intuit Payment Solutions had flagged our first sales as fraudulent and that they needed invoices, signed sales receipts, shipping documentation and 6-12 months of bank statements. My blood started to boil when I saw this so I called and they were rude and absolutely no help. Given I was pretty angry when I called, but no one could give me good reasons why they needed bank records. I sent in the receipts, but five days later nothing had been done. I refused to give them my bank statements, because that is absolutely none of their business. Apparently receipts were not good enough so they wanted the customers contact info (We run a survival store, most of the customers don't even want us to know where they live), besides it was an in-store purchase and we don't ask for that info. I called 10 times today and received no help. I ended up having to get the company who set me up with the POS and the account to call and resolve the issue. They are now saying they will release the $2000, but it was an absolute nightmare to reach this point. We are a new business and we need all of our working capitol to stay afloat. I find it unacceptable that they would hold our fund and provide such horrible customer service to their merchants. Do not do business with them.
