Intuit - Turbo Tax turbo tax deceptive and fraudulent credit card charges tuczon, Arizona

on nov 2 2009 intuit put 99.95  charge on my debit card.I called my bank they told me it was from intuit turbo tax.  I called intuit turbo tax ,the office of the pesident at1-520-901-3280  ,they do answer that number.I had no clue what this charge was for ,the gentleman told me on my last return I signed  up for turbo tax advantage.I asked him I signed something  authorizing you to take out 99.95  on nov 2 2009.He told me when you sign up for turbo tax advantage we bill you for 2009 service.He told me they e-mailed me warning they were going to take out the 99.95.I asked him if i responded to the E-Mail.He told me told it did not matter if I responded or not.I got a copy of the page to joi n to join Turbo tax advantage very deceptive.  this is what it says.   Exclusive customer and technical support  Free shipping and handling  Special offers from our team of preferred companies.  TurboTax Deluxe Download For Windows is eligible for Turbo tax advantage.   There are two buttons     NO THANK YOU   OR  YES SIGN ME UP Below  the two buttons  in small print it says     Your credit card will not be charged until your product is ready to use next year.and we'll let you know before we charge your card.I called my bank to file a complaint for  credit card  fraud.They told me I stopped the payment before it went all the way through so I could not get them for credit card fraud .If anyone got billed by Turbo Tax before nov 13 2009  IT  should be fraud because 2009products are not even available.Turbo Tax is taking money out of peoples accounts for no services rendered.Which is fraud They have it printed .Your credit card will not be charged until your product is ready to use
