What they cleverly fail to tell you is, after you spend the several hours going through the process there actually IS a charge of $39.95 for filing Federal and additional for state. Of course they will tell you to read the long and tedious License agreement, they are a ripoff!
I would like to see the IRS drop them from the approved vendor list and for them to remove the word "Free" from any of their advertising.
