Intuit TurboTax TurboTax Free Tax Returns, Free EFile - False Advertising Internet

They advertise that your federal return is free, as is the efile, but you get to the end and they charge you close to $90.00 This is for a minimum wage earner, under 12,000 single mom with 2 kids. 19.95 for federal approx $37.00 for State Efile and close to $30.00 for bank charge to deduct the money from my daughters refund.
This company needs to be prosecuted. I would report them to the BBB, but they aren't listed. I find this very odd too. Nothing listed per their phone number nor under Intuit or TurboTax.
How many people have to get ripped off before someone shuts them down? I had used them for years, myself but never will again. Has someone else taken over the company, and using it's former good name to rip people off?
I only hope others will see these reports and not use this company.
