I entered into a "contract" with Invicta Services LLC.  I was supposed to get a $50,000 loan in order to get our hay production on our small farm back up and running.  Due to severe medical problems, we have been out of business for a while, but need to get back up and running.  Katherine Steele informed me that we were approved.  I asked for something in writing and rec'd a "contract" saying the lender could ask for up to $2256 in "collateral" and/or almost $6000 in "insurance".  After speaking to Katherine again, she said we could cut the collateral in half and after she rec'd the payment, the lender would release the funds.  I sent her (via moneygram) $1128 and it cost $68.50 to send it.  I spoke to her within minutes of sending this money and gave her the re:.  She said my funds would be sent to the bank after approval from the "lender".  When the funds did not magically "appear" in my bank account (I never gave them that info).  I called Katherine back.  She said the lender had changed their mind and now wanted the entire collateral amount and "thank goodness they are not asking for the insurance premium!"  Like a fool, I sent her another $1128 (another $68.50) after explaining that this was every dime I had and I was using my house payment, car payment, etc to get this loan done.  I called Katherine with the re number and she said the funds should be released this time.  After 3 days, I called back and got David Green (professes to be the head of Customer Service) who proceeded to tell me that the "lender" now wanted some of the insurance premium paid up front.  I told him "no" and send me back to Katherine.  After speaking to Katherine, I told her to tell the lender they could take the insurance premium out of the loan.  I contacted her back the following day (as she did not call me back) and she said the lender refused to take the insurance out of the loan.  I told her I could not send anymore money.  She had everything I had to begin with.  She said she would be happy to refund the money, but it would take up to 30 days.  I told her to rush it as I needed to get my bills paid.  It has been 3 weeks and I haven't gotten my money back.

This was a scam from the outset.

There never was going to be any loan.

My guess is that the address on their website is fake and the money was collected by someone overseas so you won't be able to get it back.
