Ionia friend of the court Attorney Daniel A. Balice Court is bias, racist, and in cahoots with the attorney Ionia, Michigan

My boyfriend has been dealing with the Ionia friend of the court for almost 10yrs. They have messed him around a lot during this time. About 2 or 3 years ago he finally got custody of his daughter then a year after having her the mother called cps and made false reports. She then filed custody papers to change custody. She won due to that we were moving and one of us temporarily lost our job. From what I read that is illegal to make a judgment on you moving especially we were moving closer tob the mother. Also the court has drug tested the mother and found prescription drugs and she couldn't provide prescriptions and the court did nothing. A couple of years ago she got caught with cocaine and doing marijuana and pills again. She went to rehab didn't finish, went to jail, and going to na meetings. There is a lot of messed up junk going on with this foc. The attorney the mother has use to be the mayor of Ionia and also his father so the courts and him or in cahoots with one another. The attorney Daniel A. Balice is very rude and will ruin your dimeaner. I hope people could just stand together and fight these courts and expose them evern more. Rmj82
