Iowa Steak company Daniel Ham Fraudulent charges, Forged Sales Receipts, Complete Fabrications North Kansas City, Missouri

The Iowa Steak Company in North Kansas City, MO, has stolen $720.00 from our family, who has 5 kids to actually feed.  We purchased one pack of meat in July 2012 for $140.00, but they charged our card $280.00, and never rectified it.  That was bad enough.  We now have additional fraudulent charges totalling $720.00 due to this company.  Not only do they (corporate & local offices, managers, and their salesperson) say they are not going to refund any money, but they state they have signed sales receipts from us on all of these charges.  We insisted to the local manager that someone forged those signatures, and his response was, "Well, call the police."  The salesperson and the manager even went so far as to say we are trying to scam THEM.  Our card company is investigating the charges, but we have not received a refund.  We will be filing criminal charges.  I have also contacted the Kansas AG's office. 

DO NOT buy from this company; don't even speak to this company.  Will update if possible.
