Do not use this company to process your credit cards. They work with other companies such as, National Bank Card. A few subsidiaries/DBA's of iPayment are; Card Payment Solutions, 1st National Processing, E-Commerce Exchange, First Federal Financial Services and Integrated Card Service. When you are looking for a merchant account ask who they use as a processor, if they say Ipayment. DO NOT Sign UP!!!!! They will hold your money for no reason or freeze your account so that you cant accept payments. I processed only three transactions and they are holding my funds. Even though I am under my per transaction limit, per weekly limit and per monthly limit, they are still holding my money. DO NOT USE IPAYMENT!!!!! I dont care how desperate you are for a merchant account. Would you rather search for a good company or go through Ipayment and have them to hold your money for no reason??? I have read alot of horror stories about Ipayment (after I signed up) but never thought that I would be their next victim. Think about the quote " There is no I in team" Ipayment is not on your team.
