I purchased and paid for a part via their ebay store on 9/10($1500.00 part) , after the purchase .. I emailed them to confirm when it will s**t. A week goes by, no answer, so I decided to call the "hotline". The mailbox was full. I called again a day later, but this time, I called the 877 number on their website and finally i was able to leave a message. For the next 9 days, I left a message every day but these people refused to call back... then finally today someone called and left their phone number .. a person by the name of James (949 204 3549). He proceeds to tell me that they are surprised that the order has not shipped and that someone will get back to me by the end of the day.

After calling for 9 days, I was not about to hang up without an answer. When I insisted that I speak to a manager, he proceeds to transfer me to a guy named Carlos, who actually hangs up. I call James again and tell him that the call got disconnected or someone hung up on me, but in any cvase, the wonderful Carlos answers the phone.

First he tells me that he isnt aware of the situation ...then I ask about the part, he proceeds to tell me that he will check on it and get back to me.. I insisted to get answers today and right now... we go back and forth for about 2 minutes, then he proceeds to tell me that he will just refund the money tbecause the part is out of stock.

I demanded an explanation as to why they are selling a part that they didnt have , then they sit on the money for 17 days without even informing me or responding to emails to let me know what is going on... he says too bad they dont have the part and that it doesnt matter because they refiunded the money anyway.

I told him that they shouldnt be doing this...and he proceeds to say that "I am the largest ebay lister... ebay amakes a lot of money off me so they will not do anything if you even complain"

This is why this country is getting a bad reputation .. its because of Scammers like Iridium Auto PArts and Carlos and JAmes...(i do not even think that it is their real names)

LEt this be a lesson to everyone reading this... IRIDIUM AUTO PARTS is a scammer .. stay away form these people. Look at the bad reviews on Ebay. There are already several ripoffreport cases filed against these people.
