Iris! Did you not sign an agreement with Keen some years ago? Did the agreement include a clause that you would NOT use their services in any way in exchange for a large sum of money? Of course, this was before the sale of the company. Perhaps you thought that the change of ownership would nullify the agreement. Perhaps it would in a legal sense. But that is irrelevant.

The issue is one of morals. You would not know much about morality or ethics would you. You are a nasty piece of work. You managed to get a very large sum of money out of a company, made an agreement NOT to use their services in ANY way, but later open a profile. But then you come on here and trash people? Give it up Iris. Your credibility is non-existent! Crawl back into whatever hole you live in and give up trying to convince people that you have a life. You are not as smart as you think. You managed to get a lot of money out of a company by using a law that stated it is illegal to say someone will die, made an agreement to NEVER use their services, then you open a profile. BTW Liveperson removed you. You objected and wrote begging and threatening emails and then asked them for money. Liveperson did not give into your histrionic demands. They are more concerned with money and keeping the experts quiet, stealing from clients and filling their pockets and you were a liability. I truly appreciate your bringing to my attention that I had a profile still up on Keen. I stopped offering services about a year ago. You will notice there are NO reviews for quite some time, and you will not be able to produce one transcript from anyone who can claim having had a reading with me there. WHY? Because I stopped readings on Keen before I even left Kasamba.

Your screenshots merely show that the profile still existed. Your vitriolic post here alerted me to that fact, and I immediately emailed Keen and told them to delete the profile.

Instead of focusing on attacking me, you might want to focus on taking an English class. Your lack of writing and grammatical skills is in direct proportion to your humanity and intelligence.

Angel Finder, I signed on as an expert in a non-psychic category. I thought it was a good way to earn a few extra bucks and stay home with my baby. I am highly qualified in my field and have over ten years full-time work experience.
Naturally, I was curious because the company presents itself very well. I thought I would try it out. I must say that I started my short career' on Liveperson with a fair amount of skepticism. I even tried a couple of the psychics on the front page (under a client name) because my marriage had not been going well. I thought that my husband was cheating. The first one, called Master Z told me that he was my soulmate', was distant' because of the lifestyle change after my baby was born, and that he would always be drawn back to me'. He said that he almost NEVER used the term soulmate' but in our case we were as close to soulmates' as it was possible to be. He said all would be well with us although it would take a couple of years. Another man, this Fruno person told me to throw all logic out the window' and believe in the love'. This Master Z is a total snake. I realize now that he was trying to set me up for a couple of years worth of readings and spending money. He tpes really slow and uses a lot of unnecessary words to say one small point. He is a cruel creep, as I later found out. Fruno is supposed to be an honest person but he is not as I later discovered.

Almost two years after I was told all of this by these conmen I am divorced and trying to get my confidence and joy in life back. My husband was cheating and told me that he found his soulmate. However, it wasn't me. By this time I had closed my expert account for reasons I will discuss shortly. I did log on with my client account in an attempt to confront these people with the pain and distress that they caused me by telling me that he would return because of the love' and the fact that we were soulmates'. They gave some inane excuse and blocked further communication with me. I did strike up a friendship with another (now ex) expert in my category who was going through a difficult patch with his wife. He confided to me that despite his propensity for rational thinking, he was intrigued by the phenomenon of psychic ability. He visited the same two psychics that fed me that garbage. My friend confessed', said it was a whim', and we compared transcripts. They were NEARLY IDENTICAL.

He and I never discussed our clients because we have professional standards that, with good reason, specifically prohibit this. At that stage we were under the impression that we owned the transcripts of our sessions as clients and were free to discuss our personal sessions with each other. We checked our terms of services and it appears that clients do not own the transcripts. This applies to any category. The Liveperson company owns all the chat communications and is permitted to use it in any way that they wish. Many clients do not know this because it is obscurely embedded in the client agreement. However, it means that Liveperson can use clients confidential discussions and spread them all over the web if they wish. If you don't believe me read the client agreement. It also gives them permission to track your IP adress. Basically this means that they can find out everything about clients and use the information in any manner that please.

I was extremely shocked when I realized that the company owns the rights to the communications with the client. I consider that my work requires a high degree of integrity and cannot compromise this. In fact, all of their services SHOULD be commensurate with the promise on the advertising that states Liveperson promises a secure and anonymous service. They are not. I must admit that I was also shocked when I read these reports. The experts that ripped me off are mentioned on this site many times. I lurked before posting because it appears that anyone who tries to expose them is attacked. My suggestion is that you disregard what the attackers have said about posters who have tried to expose these people and seek them out. Clearly, there are a lot of vested interests. I am NOT surprised that client information is passed around among the psychics.

Suffice it to say that I spent quite a chunk of cash on these psychics. I was vulnerable and they took advantage of me. I know that now because I did a search on the internet and found their names mentioned here. Apparently, they tell all clients the same garbage. The company system allows them to do this to people in so many way. They do exchange information, of this I am sure. My complaints to Liveperson support were brushed off. I was also shocked to watch psychic experts change profiles including gender overnight. Clearly, a lot were using copyrighted photographs. I recognized some because they were famous actors and/or models. The expert terms of service state that experts are not allowed to engage in illegal activities or misrepresent themselves. This is violated regularly by psychics charging high rates. My complaints to the company about this as a client were also ignored.

I noticed that psychics have posted the names of clients and derided them on their internal expert forum. I read that forum before I closed my expert account because it was clear that I had been conned by the two psychics that I visited and I was angry and curious. I took copies of these examples of Liveperson leaving derogatory comments about a client on the expert forum. It was disgusting. This company is an appalling example of illegal and unethical activities disguised as a legitimate' business. It is sad that people who post information on this site are attacked. It appears that a woman who had done a lot of research has stopped posting here. I have read the posts and I don't blame her. The sad thing is that the clients are deprived of information. However, I wonder if Liveperson is not a little worried that this information may resurface and bite them when they are least expecting it.

Angel Finder, this website will not allow people to post links or email addresses so I am not sure how you would be able to share your information. Maybe you should set up a separate website or find a way to contact others with a lot of information. It is not that difficult on the internet. I wish you luck Angel Finder. I suggest that you read the posts from people providing similar information outing' these terrible people and find a way to link in with them because there is strength in unity. Do not pay attention to those who attack you or others that post information. I know from an inside' perspective that a lot of illegal and unethical activity occurs on the site.
I am trying to put my life back together but it was made much more difficult by my experiences with Master Z and Fruno. I can imagine that they do the same thing to a lot of clients. I do not know how these people can sleep at night. I have learned to believe that those who live well will do well and those who don't will face the consequences.

My ex-husband hurt me badly. He had a successful company in the finance industry. My soulmate' left me and our baby for a trophy wife'. She worked at his company in a low paid position. Everything collapsed in the recession. He has just declared bankruptcy and she is working in a minimum wage job trying to support them both. He rarely sees our baby but when he does it is clear that he is not the man he used to be. Those two conmen so-called psychics were WRONG and wouldn't even admit it when I confronted them. Thanks for letting us clients know this. It simply reinforces the fact that "psychics" are a rarity on that site. Katherine has long been not good at psychic accuracy, trains clients to be readers on LP (now talk about sharing info!!) and a member of KU. Too much closeness which is red flag when you think you are dealing with an independent contractor who is dealing with your personal issues. Add on the fact that LP facilitates this nonsense and may even themselves be giving transcript info to readers to increase profits - clients should be very aware that you may not be getting an honest read.
As for PMR - she used to be a reader on LP under the medical category -- as a dentist I believe....she practically outed herself by her over the top feedback for Simone (another reader on LP)....and defensiveness....she was also using Katherine at the same time. Why in the world would someone use two readers who were so excellent and giving fully accurate predictions LOL? Wouldnt one be enough?
I cannot stress enough that Katherine is not to be trusted - she may sound all nice and helpful --- but she is extremely close to other readers and recommends you to them...then backspaces over her typing -- then asks you to come back and tell her what they said......then knocks them...oy vey.

It has come to our attention

Katharine a reader who seems to think of herself as above the rules has made plans with her client paula PMR (she knows who she is) to not only call her on the telephone but attend and conduct her wedding in the near future.

not only this is entirely against the rules but Katharine spends her time hanging with her fellow KU members bashing down other experts and calling them unethical while her self blantantly breaking the rules.

Naturally she will try and dispute these claims but many many people are aware of the plan . I guess loose lips sink ships? Paula has been telling all different readers of her plans and being half of the site knows about it wasnt going to be long for it to come out.

besides-it is getting worse as you know-client complains-gets booted-expert complains-get booted-those who brownnose and the frauds are getting more devious cos they know they are being protected.

so please don't worry-i haven't lost the plot and gone on a revenge trip like i wrote in the posts-i just wanted to teach a few people a lesson

i think really the media is the only way to go-i pointed out they were engaging in false advertising with Dr Jake and they banned me and him the next day

when i set up master z they banned the account immediately

i have the proff that they banned dr jake but he is STILL getting requests....really it says he is unavaialble which is a lie cos he is banned yet he gets requests...you did the math-i have the restricted account screenshots and the daily requests...

Email from her dated 4/18/08 -- AGAIN, claiming to be within weeks of finishing the report! LOL. Notice this was April 2008! I finally understood that she was out of her freaking mind (just read her emails and how she got a new laptop from Dell, and you'll see that I was wise to extricate myself from a connection to her) -- and AGAIN in this email she specifically mentions Melodie! It was EXACTLY how he thinks..i emailed back and we are both pretty pleased to be in touch again...

i think he'll tumble down here in the latter months of the year (well rhiannon says and i know him so well and he hates dubai - it is just money)

meanwhile my focus is on finishing this and nailing those bastards. LP will have to talk to us..ot I will send the report to the US Dept of justice the FTC and every d**n company that uses them.

anyway, we are 4-6 weeks off finishing this realistically. Ir will be ready just before they launch their big advertising campaign.

It was always Nicola, not Melodie that I said i in the group and in emails that i said gave me regular readings, was honest and about 98% correct.

I don't have a "vendetta" against any specific fake psychics. I hate ALL of them. My last year on LP/Kas was spent telling clients to stop getting readings. I was not letting them even click hire.

I am an equal opportunity anti-psychic person. I think that getting psychic readings is a total waste of money and time. My last year on the site "getting" readings was to gather information and research.

Here's what you don't get about me, because you really don't know me. I am absolutely okay being "hated" or despised by the psychics on the site. (If that were even true, which it isn't. It is merely your uneducated opinion and immaturity that prompts you to say such a thing.) But let's even entertain the possibility that you are correct, and that the fake psychics didn't like me. U have the screenshots....and they all tell a story that is quite different to the lies you have posted her.

Um, well first of all, I'm blonde. LOL... Secondly, the "Beachwave" person has been on there since Oct 2008 according to her feedback, so if it was me supposedly just now re-appearing, you've been asleep at the wheel for six months.

But no, dear unenlightened person, that is not me. I am not on LivePerson, and have not been ever since I loudly announced my departure. I will NEVER work there again. I am making fantastic money with a real job in the real world, working with sane people, and not the nutjobs who are addicted to psychic readings. I would never again associate myself with the frauds who do online readings.

I wouldnt wear being kicked out of every group you have ever joined as a badge. I see you have changed your name to "nomorereadings" deleted everything, but NOT CLOSED YOUR ACCOUNT. Leaving it open like that gives you the option to go back and any time, leaving your ratings in place, not have to be approved again thru LP and start back up.
I would think that being kicked out of every group you have ever been in, constant hassles, even with your landlord, never being married, no children, sitting in coffee shops by the hour hoping to be "discovered", singing in BARS, having acheived NOTHING in your life...........would at some point be a wake up call to hey maybe I do have a problem?

I have not had readings for sometime but I read these reports out of interest to see if others have had the same bad experience with the so-called experts I consulted. I am allowed to do that and in fact it actually helps me refrain from getting readings.

You on the other hand not only failed to provide a service which I as a client paid for with my own hard earned money, you bombard me with a lecture' that can only be termed as an insane ranting. This was my experience. Clients have the right to get and pay for a psychic reading and not receive an insane lecture about why they should not be using psychics. Did you put on your profile that a reading with you would consist of a lecture about why clients should not have readings on Kasamba? I can't remember seeing such a statement
