The female manager name Jennifer Cheng demonstrated an outrageous rudeness toward me and my daughter. I told this female manager that I would pay the reasonable repair cost. The female manager attempted to charge me the repair cost 10 times higher than the original rental fee
I was extremely unpleasant that this female manager took this opportunity to rip us off. I decided to take somewhere to fix the problem. Eventually, it only cost us very reasonable cost to repair the minor scratch
Parents do not rent any music instrument from this horrible business. And dont send your kids to their after school program. They will rip you off as well

Former employee false accusation.
AUTHOR: Irvine Art - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, March 29, 2012
We had proof it was her because when she first started she used her own account, and all her stories targets our manager. Also, she continues to list our manager's full name, and misspell it in every post.
If she can provide proof that she's a real customer, and that she really was "ripped off" from us, we will be happy to change our ways, and attempt to resolve the situation. However, she is a former employee telling a false story and should not be allowed to post false claims.
Thank you,
