Ist Choice Detinations Deceptive Sales Pitch - Not a travel club San Diego, California

I attended a sales presentation for a company called 1st Choice Destinations. Throughout the presentation the salesperson, Jeff Gehrke, spoke of "our company, 1st choice destinations". Jeff portrayed his company as "the Sams Club or Cosco's" of the travel industry with 1st Choice offering savings on travel such as "no baggage fees", "flights gauranteed 10% less than any advertised price", and that "1st Choice has been a member of the Better Business Bureau for 23 Years".

I later found out that none of these claims were true. !st Choice Destinations was only a sales marketing company which sold memberships for Lets Go Travel. Lets Go Travel could not honor many of the advantages promised by 1st Choice Destinations. I am in the process of trying to secure a refund, however because the untrue claims were made verbally during the sales pitch, it is difficult to prove.

!st choice destinations is no longer in business, but the title company which is holding the funds in escrow, First American Title Company, refuses to release the funds. If anyone has information that might help my cause, please post or contact me.
