It Works Horrible Return Policy and Auto Shipping Bad Quality, Rip Off, Lawerence Ville Georgia
I purchased the Greens after a friend became a distributor, she told me she had used them and loved them. The new Berry version had just come out so I thought I would try it. Afer the first order, I found out that I was allergic to the Black Walnut Powder in the product and changed my auto shipping to not include this product. For the next two months I recieved the product, I spent several times on the phone trying to contact the company I live in PT timezone and they are ET so the time difference when I am not at work is a bit difficult. I finally gave up and figured I would give it to someone to use. I again when into my account and changed the order for a third time, well wouldn't you know it the same thing showed up at my house. I was finally able to reach someone at the company after spending a total of 3 hours on hold over a four day period (each time the message said they were experiencing high call volumn). I explained the situation that I had changed the order three times and that I was allergic to the product...the response Oh Well so sorry. So I asked to return it, but of course two of the containers were not in the 30 day period. So I can't exchange it, I can't return it, I can't use it...all from a company that promotes healthy lifestyle. I was spoken to rudely by the person in their customer service department when I asked her to please check to see if the order was changed (I had just changed it on line)...guess what it still showed the old order. When I asked her why that would be she asked if I had followed the directions and saved the order..Really??? So with her on the phone I went back through the order, took off the products I did not want did the double save process and asked her to refresh her screen...guess what it still showed that I had not changed my order. Total Scam!
So I will not be sending the products that just came in the mail back, hopefully I get my money back minus the shipping fee I have to pay for their faulty system and the 10% restocking fee for a product I have told them three times I did not want.
Do yourself a favor, if you want this product find a local person who has stock on hand or just take a vitamin it will taste much better. This company is all about the money not the product.
