The Ivory White company is the only one that hasn't sent ONE ITEM but has sure charged our account $78.41!!! Boulder, Colorado

I was informed that I would receive a sample of the product that the Company Ivory White was offering. I, however, was not informed of the $78.41 charge that would be credited toward my checking account!!What Gives!!
