This business is unethical and rude, and this is a scam to take your money. Pay close attention...below is the original email confirm they sent me....I thought it was $1 trial, after overage on my credit card yesterday, I called to find that Ivory White had billed me $79.00. After several emails and terrible customer phone service, I am out $79 for a product I did not order, have not opened, yet they won't let me return or get a refund. How is this not illegal to do this to unsuspecting customers? Below are email interactions.

I am very unhappy that you have taken advantage of me. I have not opened the product and want a RMA to return these unopened and unused products. If your business can't deal with people ethically, you should not be in business.
I did not authorize any payment on my credit card except for the $1. trial. Who must I speak with so I can return these items and get my money back?
