This company claimed to offer a trial for only five dollars. I purchased the trial for the five dollars. Then I noticed that they started sending me a month supply of the product. I did not authorize this. They were sending me a product that I did not authorize and they were automatically taking 86 dollars out of my credit card. A total amount of about 400 dollars.
Every time I call and tell the company that I did not sign up for this they tell me that i signed a paper. I keep trying to return the product because i havnt even used any of the product, even the free trial. I saw on a website that even when you try and return the product they charge you outragous prices. I just want to return the product which has not been opened or damaged and get the money back that they stole from my account.

Interesting Point About Convertis Marketing

So as I stated previously, Convertis Marketing is the company that makes Ivory White, Bella Brite, Bella Clear, Ultimate Facial, and Eye-pothesis. It is interesting to note that if you visit www.convertismarketing.com, nowhere will you find any reference to the products they make. Why is this you ask? Ivory White has a horrible reputation, which is why they started making Bella Brite to take its place. It is the exact same product with a different name. If someone knew that Convertis makes both Ivory White and Bella Brite, they would NEVER buy Bella Brite!
Convertis knows their entire business plan is based on people failing to read their agreements and getting duped into buying a month supply. THIS IS THEIR ENTIRE BUSINESS PLAN. Everyone from the Owner (Blair something) on down knows this to be true. If people knew that Convertis made Ivory White, they would never again touch any product made by Convertis. It is because of this that Convertis will not publically claim any of their products. Who has ever heard of a parent company hiding what products they make? One that does not rely on quality products, but instead trickery.
Their products by the way, are easily obtainable from over-seas suppliers for a few dollars for a months supply. This is no state of the art system, just generic peroxide-based tooth whitener with a pretty label.
I was honestly ashamed working there. I have strong morals and a heavy conscience. I literally DREADED going into work every day knowing I was going to spend the day telling people they could not have their hard earned money back. And I can tell you first-hand, that most of the customer service reps there know what they are doing is immoral and feel badly about telling people they cannot have their money back. So please, do not get mad at them, they are just doing their job. The only reason people stick around to get abused all day is because they pay very well.
So as I said in my previous post, file a complaint with the BBB and you will see your money soon enough. Let me know if you need any other information.

Ivory White, Bella Brite, Bella Clear, Ultimate Facial, and Eye-Pothesis are all products made by the same company, Convertis Marketing in Boulder, CO. The customer service manager's name is Brian Lint. He is the most disgusting human being you've ever seen. I'd say conservatively, he weighs about 400 lbs and smells awful. Anyways, back to the topic at hand. If you want your money back you must file a report with the BBB. Threatening to do so will not get your money back. Once Convertis receives your submission from the BBB they will credit your account or credit card for the full amount. I worked there, I know this works 100% of the time. Hope I could help ya'll out. This company is AWFUL, but I wouldn't expect it to be around for all that long. So, file a report with the BBB and you'll eventually get your money back.
