POSTED: Tuesday, July 08, 2008Put in Penbrook Productions in Ripoff Report search and see how many of us are in the same position as you are. I have emailed everyday angelapenbrook@penbrookproductions.com and City of Irvine ,CA to let them know we will not forget abbout our money and let the City of Irvine,CA know what kind of company is operating in their city. But all of us has gone through countless emails claiming our refund went through successfully and then get an email saying they cannot find any of your information too , so whoever is in charge/owns this company is telling his/her employees to give us the runaround and maybe they will stop trying to get their money back. So don't stop sending in emails everyday to these 2 places and something will happen one way or another.
