J. Beckstrand - Twin Cities Group - Novastar Home Mortgage - First Metropolitan Mortgage ripoff Horrible business practaces, will screw over over anyone he does business with including employee's Bloomington Minnesota

Well finally someone is speaking out on this horrible business man who has ruined so many peoples lives. I could go into the many stories of how I also did not get payed when I was employeed for J. Beckstrand but I am only going to write about one scenerio that I hope will steer people away from doing business with J. Beckstrand or any company he changes too.

Last year a friend of mine was interested in purchasing a home and looked to an associate of J. Beckstrand to help him with this. Well once this associate went to Mr. Beckstrand and let him know what he was trying to do for one of his friends Mr. Beckstrand was more than willing to try to help in this situation by creating false documents and also raising the appraised value on the home since the borrower was only approved for 90%.

Well after a couple careless mistakes on the purchase agreement that J. drew up he had to bring $33,500 for the loan to close which out of that money the builder was supposed to give back to J. Beckstrand roughly $23,000 which then J. still had a little over $10,000 left in the property that he needed to be paid on. It was agreed between him and the client that J. would place a lien on the property for the amount and they would refinance the money out in one year.

Well the client was fine with this whole transaction untill one day he gets served papers that they are foreclosing on his home. It turns out J. who brought the cashiers check to the table to close waited untill the closer made copies of the check and then disbursed funds and then took the check back and never said anything to anyone.

Now that the client has figured out what has happend it is too late. J. knowingly took the check from the closing which was drawn out of his account but had the clients name on it and took it and wrote on the check not used for inteded purpose. Now I can understand if he did this for fear that the builder was not going to give him the 20 odd thousand that was agreed upon but WHY would you not let your client know that you took the check???

Now the sheriff sale has occured the property is being lost and you put someone with a wife and two kids in a situation that no one should have to face. This is just one of many horror stories that J. Beckstrand has created from being in this industry.

I could go on and on about things that he has done to me to rip me off but I think this one is by far the most severe. All that I have to say is anyone looking to do anything along the lines of mortgages or real estate steer away from J. Beckstrand or you will learn like the rest of his staff that you will only be RIPPED OFF!!!!
