J and J Towing hooked our car after we arrived at our apartment at 6 AM on Friday Feb. 10th 2012. They took the car 25 minutes after I parked it. The vehicle was a LOANER to use to get to a doctor's appointment. The tow driver claims the management allowed the tow. The apartment management claims it wasn't their fault.

The driver/Thief PHUNG VI the little slope he is cruises apartments with a flashlight peeping into cars. Amazing that our complex has so many vandalisms of the same cars he tows. Vehicles with Stereo Systems and nice things inside.
