J K Harris & Company Charging for services not rendered in a professional and timely manner and not notifying of charges being deducted Goose Creek South Carolina

Guess I got scammed like so many others. They have taken $500.00 of my money, it was deducted with out my knowledge, no phone call, no mailings or no emails. Their personnel are rude and unprofessional and they have not lived up to the promises they made me. I am paying for services not rendered. I am extremely disassatisfied with their service, their lack of professionalism. I am not requesting a cancellation because of a "hardship". They are rude, unprofessional and unable to provide a service they said they would in a timely manner and by not notifying me of the deductions from my account, it is therefore unauthorized. A full refund of 500.00 is expected immediately and all will be forgiven.
