Back in December I contacted J.R computer to ask about getting a desktop computer with windows 7. I had heard Mr. Denicola on an nationwide truckers overnight radio show previously discussing computer viruses and thought he was very informative and helpful. I had checked online about getting a computer with winows 7 which I could have had in 4 days . When I contacted Ron about this he told me he could build me a custom built desktop with windows 7, monitor, 2 years warranty and have it shipped to me in 5 days. I waited and waited and no computer ever showed up. When I contacted him he gave me a tracking number for FedEx. I tried online, phone, and everytime I was told it was not a valid number. I called him back and he told me the problem was on my end, but he would check into it. I talked to FedEx again and they informed me there was never a valid tracking number he gave me. When I contacted him again he said he was looking at my computer that he had picked up at FedEx and he would ship it right out to me. That was a week and a half ago and I have still not recieved my computer. I am now going to concact thr Attorney General in Ohio and file a complaint.
