My insurance company paid Jerry Smarrr for a complete roof replacement. Not only is his work is a total disaster but it looks exactly like that. He did not remove the old shingles so that the replacements won't lie flat nor are they lined up properly. He took off the drip edge without replacing it. There is no ice and water shield, valley shield, or chimney flahsing. The fascia at the chimney is rotted and needs to be repaired. He was paid to install new gutters and downspouts which wasn't done. In fact, an existing gutter was bent and chipped from the ladder. The roof has leaked twice and twice he has repaired it without success. My ceilings are stained and one interior piece of paneling stained from ceiling to floor. There were also minor mistakes; no nails were ever picked up, clean up was poor, shrubbery destroyed, etc.
Jerry Smarr is guilty of fraud for accepting payment for work not done.
It took a letter from an attorney to get Mr. Smarr to return to my house as he had been avoiding any contact with me.
I WOULD NEVER EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR WORK OF ANY KIND.
