I am a model who met Brian Vasquez, the Director of Marketing & Sales for J. Valentine at a trade show. After I spoke to Brian Vasquez he asked me if I wanted to to model for J. Valentine and that her could make it happen for me. So, we talked and got to know each other a bit and what he did for J. Valentine. Then Brian asked me if I would like to grab something to eat, so I said yes, not thinking anything by it at the time. I unfortunately did not bring my portfolio with me, because I was working at the trade show where me and Brian met. So during the dinner, Brian asked me if I had any pictures to show his boss, which I didn't. So Brian says to me that he has a camera up in his hotel suite and that he could take a few pictures to show his boss. So because of who he worked for "J. Valentine" I naturally agreed. This is where I made a wrong move. So we go to Brian's hotel suite, where he offers me a drink. So we sit and talk some more, a few more drinks later, he pulls out his camera and asks me to model for him so he can take some pictures for his boss. So I start posing and he takes some pictures of me. As Brian is taking pictures of me, he begins playing with himself and then begins stroking himself in front of me. I'm like what the f*k are you doing? He's like, listen you're really hot and young, and I would like to get with you and I thought since I was hooking you up with a modeling gig with J. Valentine, then maybe we could hook up tonight. And I'm like hell no, what are you talking about? And Brian is like you can either put out or get out. So I started to leave and he got very verbal with me and pushed me down on the bed as I was walking past it. Luckily I was able to get out of his hotel room before he tried to something to me. So this is a warning to all girls and models that come in contact with Brian Vasquez of J. Valentine, steer clear of this guy. I use to love J. Valentine's clothing lines, but after meeting this guy, I nolonger like J. Valentine.

This is Brian Vasquez of J. Valentine, Inc. I will simply state that these accusation are completely false. It is very disappointing to see that someone would and could post such an harmful accusation under another persons identity. I first heard of this posting by Amie Nicole herself who forwarded me this link via email with her deepest apologies.
Both Amie Nicole and myself have never met in person and have solely communicated via email only. I am aware of the person who has decided to act in such a childish manner and not only involve myself but J. Valentine, Inc. and Amie Nicole.
Anyone who has followed J. Valentine, Inc. on twitter, facebook or any other social media sites we are currently on is also well aware who posted this false and slandering accusation.
I can assure you that legal actions will be taken. In today's age of free press which J. Valentine, Inc. completely supports, we understand that this is the type of harmful behavior we are subject to when trying to do what is right in our industry.
It is also disappointing to see something evolve from a simple case of copyright violations to another level of legality's.

I am very upset. I am AMIE NICOLE. I DID NOT WRITE THIS. I reported a man who was using J VALENTINES images ILLEGALLY to them. I contacted Brian at J Valentine. I have never met him nor had any contact with him aside from this email exchange. The man that stole the images was contacted by J VALENTINE and ordered to remove these images. I do not want my name associated with this report on this site. It makes me very upset that someone would make this up. The only person that knew that I contacted J Valentine at all was this man who steal images and lies to models.
Please remove this report as it is slander to my name and J Valentine.
